  • 1 bell pepper
  • 200 grams broccoli
  • 150 grams carrot
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Directions

Step 1
Wash and cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Peel and slice the carrot into thin rounds.
Step 3
Slice the bell pepper into thin strips.
Step 4
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Step 5
Add minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 6
Add the broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper to the pan.
Step 7
Stir-fry the vegetables for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
