  • 30 g all-purpose flour
  • 700 g blackberries
  • 15 g butter
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 pie crust
  • 150 g sugar

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the blackberries, sugar, flour, and lemon juice until well combined.
Step 3
Place one pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and pour the blackberry mixture into it.
Step 4
Dot the filling with small pieces of butter.
Step 5
Cover with the second pie crust, trim excess dough, and crimp the edges to seal.
Step 6
Cut a few slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
Step 8
Allow the pie to cool before serving.
