  • 50 grams butter
  • 250 milliliters chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 500 grams wild mushrooms

Directions

Step 1
Clean and slice the wild mushrooms.

In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown, about 10 minutes.
