  • 400 grams assorted mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon thyme leaves
  • 100 grams walnuts

Directions

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
Step 3
Add the assorted mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they release their moisture and become tender.
Step 4
Stir in the fresh thyme leaves, soy sauce, black pepper, and salt. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Transfer the mixture to a food processor. Add the toasted walnuts and blend until smooth.
Step 6
Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
Step 7
Transfer the pate to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
