  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 4 Cornish game hens
  • 4 sprigs Fresh rosemary
  • 10 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Lemon
  • 60 ml Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
Rinse the game hens under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
Step 3
Place the hens in a large roasting pan. Inside each hen, place 2 garlic cloves, 1 sprig of rosemary, and a lemon quarter.
Step 4
Brush the hens with olive oil and season generously with salt and black pepper.
Step 5
Roast the hens in the preheated oven for about 60-70 minutes, or until the skin is golden brown and the juices run clear when the hens are pierced with a knife.
Step 6
Let the hens rest for 10 minutes before serving.
