Thinly slice the Napa cabbage and place it in a large bowl.

Chop the green onions and add them to the bowl with the cabbage.

Break the ramen noodles into small pieces and set the seasoning packet aside.

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the ramen noodles, almonds, and sunflower seeds. Cook, stirring frequently, until they are golden brown. Remove from heat and let cool.
