  • 120 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 15 ml Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 30 ml honey
  • 180 ml olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
In a medium bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and honey until well combined.
Step 2
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously to emulsify the mixture.
Step 3
Add the garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Whisk until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
Step 4
Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
Step 5
Transfer the vinaigrette to a jar or bottle with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate until ready to use. Shake well before serving.
