  • 10 grams ground cinnamon
  • 500 grams raw almonds
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 60 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large skillet, combine the sugar, ground cinnamon, salt, and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is bubbling.

Add the raw almonds to the skillet and stir to coat them evenly with the syrup.
Step 4
Spread the coated almonds evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to ensure even roasting.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and let the almonds cool completely on the baking sheet. They will become crisp as they cool.
Step 7
Once cooled, break apart any clusters and store the cinnamon-roasted almonds in an airtight container.
