  • 220 g brown sugar
  • 2 ml maple extract
  • 240 ml water
  • 200 g white sugar

Directions

Step 1
In a medium saucepan, combine water, white sugar, and brown sugar.
Step 2
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar is dissolved.
Step 3
Reduce the heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes, continuing to stir occasionally.
Step 4
Remove from heat and stir in the maple extract.
Step 5
Allow the syrup to cool slightly before transferring to a container for storage.
