Ingredients

  • 2 bell pepper
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 500 grams flank steak
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 8 tortillas

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the lime juice, olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Step 2
Add the flank steak to the bowl and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest.
Step 4
In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers and onion. Cook until soft, about 5-7 minutes.
Step 5
Slice the steak into thin strips and add back to the skillet with the vegetables. Stir to combine and heat through.
Step 6
Serve the beef and vegetable mixture in warm tortillas.
