Ingredients

  • 20 g dried nori seaweed
  • 2 green onions
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 150 g tofu
  • 1000 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Soak the dried nori seaweed in a bowl of cold water for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a large pot, bring 1 liter of water to a boil.

Add the soaked nori seaweed to the pot and reduce the heat to a simmer.
Step 4
Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt.
Step 5
Add the diced tofu and chopped green onions to the pot.

Simmer the soup for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
