In a large bowl, combine the warm water and sugar. Sprinkle the yeast over the top and let it sit until foamy, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the olive oil. Add the flour and salt, and stir until a dough forms.

Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes.

Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Punch down the dough and turn it out onto a lightly floured surface. Roll the dough into a rectangle about 12x8 inches.

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning evenly over the dough.
