  • 190 grams all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 150 grams blueberries
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 grams granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 120 milliliters milk
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 115 grams unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the lemon zest and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.

Gently fold in the blueberries.
