Directions
Step 1
Grate the cucumber and squeeze out the excess water using a cheesecloth or a clean towel.

In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper.
