  • 500 g bread crumbs
  • 115 g butter
  • 240 g celery
  • 240 ml chicken broth
  • 150 g onion
  • 500 g oysters
  • 15 g parsley
  • 2 g pepper
  • 5 g poultry seasoning
  • 5 g salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the chopped celery and onion to the skillet and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
Step 4
In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread crumbs, parsley, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Stir in the cooked celery and onion mixture.

Add the chopped oysters and chicken broth to the mixture, stirring until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
