  • 30 grams butter
  • 200 grams cottage cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 120 ml milk
  • 0.5 tsp nutmeg
  • 50 grams parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
In a blender, combine the cottage cheese and milk. Blend until smooth.

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
