  • 250 grams all-purpose flour
  • 5 grams baking powder
  • 200 grams brown sugar
  • 225 grams cream cheese
  • 120 grams dried cranberries
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams granulated sugar
  • 5 grams orange zest
  • 150 grams powdered sugar
  • 3 grams salt
  • 170 grams unsalted butter
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 170 grams white chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.

Add eggs and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix until smooth.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

Fold in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.

Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan and bake for about 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let it cool completely.

For the frosting, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Add orange zest and mix until combined.

Spread the frosting over the cooled bars and sprinkle with additional dried cranberries and white chocolate chips if desired.
