  • 15 g fennel seeds
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 900 g ground pork
  • 10 g paprika
  • 30 g parsley
  • 5 g red pepper flakes
  • 10 g salt
  • 60 ml white wine

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, fennel seeds, minced garlic, paprika, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt.

Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
