  • 4 anchovy fillet
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 120 ml mayonnaise
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 180 g tuna

Directions

Step 1
In a blender, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, capers, anchovies, and lemon juice.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

With the blender running, gradually add the olive oil in a steady stream.

Continue blending until the sauce is thick and emulsified.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Transfer the sauce to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
