  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup green onions
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 tomatoes

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
Slice tomatoes and sprinkle with salt. Let them drain on paper towels for about 10 minutes.

Layer the tomato slices, basil, and green onions in the pie crust.
Step 4
In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.

Spread the cheese mixture on top of the tomatoes.
