  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 100 grams graham crackers
  • 150 grams granulated sugar
  • 240 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 240 ml whole milk

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Step 2
Add the sugar, heavy cream, and whole milk, and mix until well combined.
Step 3
Stir in the vanilla extract and lemon juice.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.

In the last 5 minutes of churning, add the crushed graham crackers.
Step 6
