Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium saucepan, heat the honey over medium heat until it becomes liquid, about 1-2 minutes.

Add the almonds to the saucepan and stir to coat them evenly with honey.

Spread the honey-coated almonds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Sprinkle the sugar and salt evenly over the almonds.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, stirring once halfway through to ensure even roasting.

Remove from oven and let the almonds cool completely on the baking sheet. They will harden as they cool.

Once cooled, break apart any clusters and store the almonds in an airtight container.
