  • 2 apples
  • 100 g butter
  • 200 ml caramel sauce
  • 450 g cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g graham cracker crumbs
  • 50 g sugar
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
Step 2
Combine the graham cracker crumbs, 50g sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 23cm (9-inch) springform pan.
Step 3
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and 150g sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Step 4
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan.
Step 5
Arrange the apple slices on top of the cream cheese mixture.
Step 6
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Step 7
Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce.
