  • 1 cabbage
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 240 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Cut the cabbage into quarters and remove the core. Then chop the quarters into smaller pieces.

In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
Step 3
Add the chopped cabbage to the pot and sprinkle with salt.
Step 4
Cover the pot and steam the cabbage for 10-15 minutes, or until tender.

Once the cabbage is cooked, drain any excess water.

Add the butter to the pot and stir until melted and the cabbage is well-coated.
