  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 carrot
  • 0.5 cup cilantro
  • 0.5 head green cabbage
  • 4 green onion
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 0.5 head red cabbage
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the shredded green and red cabbage, julienned carrots, chopped green onions, and chopped cilantro.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, lime juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Step 3
Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.

Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the top and toss again.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
