Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large pot, boil chicken breasts until fully cooked. Remove from pot, let cool, then shred the chicken.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add celery and onion, and cook until tender.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked celery and onion, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and cornbread stuffing mix. Mix well.
Step 5
Spread half of the stuffing mixture in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Layer shredded chicken on top.
Step 6
Spread the remaining stuffing mixture over the chicken.
Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until heated through and golden brown on top.
