Ingredients

  • 2 bell pepper
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 900 g lamb shoulder
  • 60 ml lemon juice
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 2 tbsp oregano
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
Step 2
Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated lamb cubes, red onion wedges, and bell pepper pieces onto skewers, alternating ingredients.

Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
