  • 400 g black beans
  • 0.5 cup cheese
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 0.5 cup cilantro
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tomato
  • 8 tortillas

Directions

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Stir in the minced garlic, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.

Add the black beans and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.

Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.

Assemble the tacos by placing a portion of the black bean mixture in each tortilla.
