  • 450 g bread
  • 30 g butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 240 ml heavy cream
  • 480 ml milk
  • 60 g parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
