  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 907 g red potatoes
  • 1 tbsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Wash the red potatoes thoroughly and place them in a large pot. Cover with water, add 1 tablespoon of salt, and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
