Ingredients

  • 30 grams butter
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 liter chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 200 milliliters heavy cream
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Peel and dice the potatoes and onion.
Step 2
Chop the celery stalks.
Step 3
In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the onions and celery to the pot and cook until they are soft, about 5 minutes.

Add the diced potatoes and chicken broth to the pot.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
