  • 10 g baking powder
  • 115 g butter
  • 120 g cornmeal
  • 420 g cream-style corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 g salt
  • 240 g sour cream
  • 50 g sugar
  • 420 g whole kernel corn

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, melted butter, and beaten eggs.

In another bowl, mix together the cornmeal, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
