In a large skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain and let cool.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, sauerkraut, and cream cheese. Mix until well blended.

Shape the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

In a shallow dish, place the flour. In another shallow dish, beat the eggs with the milk. In a third shallow dish, place the bread crumbs.

Roll each ball in the flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally roll in the bread crumbs until well coated.

Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 180°C. Fry the sauerkraut balls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
