  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 225 g cream cheese
  • 350 ml enchilada sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 100 g green chilies
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 200 g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 tortillas

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes per side. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks.

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Fill each tortilla with a portion of the chicken mixture, then roll up and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
