  • 3 eggs
  • 240 milliliters heavy cream
  • 120 milliliters milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 zucchini

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.

Add the zucchini slices to the pan and cook until they are tender and slightly golden.
