  • 480 ml milk

Directions

Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside, leaving the bacon grease in the skillet.

Add the flour to the bacon grease and whisk to combine. Cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Gradually add the milk to the skillet, whisking constantly to prevent lumps from forming. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the gravy thickens, about 5-7 minutes.

Season the gravy with salt and black pepper. Crumble the cooked bacon and stir it into the gravy.
