Ingredients

  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 bunch fresh chives
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1 bunch fresh dill
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
Finely chop the parsley, cilantro, dill, and chives.
Step 3
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the chopped herbs.
Step 4
Add turmeric powder, salt, and black pepper to the egg and herb mixture. Mix well.
Step 5
Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
Step 6
Pour the egg and herb mixture into the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the edges start to set.
Step 7
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the center is fully set.
Step 8
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing into wedges.
