  • 240 ml beef broth
  • 800 g black beans
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 285 g corn
  • 800 g crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 800 g kidney beans
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 425 g tomato sauce

Directions

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
Step 3
Add the chopped onion, garlic, green bell pepper, and jalapeno pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans, black beans, corn, and beef broth.
Step 5
Season with chili powder, cumin, oregano, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
Step 6
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
