Ingredients

  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 400 g chicken breast
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 250 ml heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp jerk seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g Parmesan cheese
  • 500 g pasta
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through.

Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the sliced bell peppers to the skillet and cook until they are tender.
Step 5
Stir in the jerk seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken and peppers.
Step 6
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
Step 7
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and stir until melted and well combined.
Step 9
Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
