  • 2 g black pepper
  • 120 g celery
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 240 ml mayonnaise
  • 60 g onion
  • 900 g potatoes
  • 5 g salt
  • 60 ml sweet pickle relish
  • 15 ml yellow mustard

Directions

Step 1
Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, celery, onion, sweet pickle relish, salt, and black pepper.
Step 3
Add the cooled potatoes and chopped hard-boiled eggs to the bowl. Gently stir to combine.
Step 4
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
