  • 60 g butter
  • 120 g cheddar cheese
  • 450 g cream-style corn
  • 2 green onions
  • 120 g Ritz crackers
  • 450 g shoepeg corn
  • 240 ml sour cream

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the shoepeg corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, melted butter, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions.
Step 3
Mix well and pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Step 4
Sprinkle the crushed Ritz crackers evenly over the top of the casserole.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
