  • 300 grams blackberries
  • 20 grams butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 ml milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Butter a baking dish and scatter the blackberries evenly over the bottom.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.

Add the eggs one at a time, whisking until smooth.

Gradually add the milk and vanilla extract, whisking until well combined.
