  • 240 ml beef broth
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 800 g diced tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 900 g ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 850 g tomato sauce

Directions

Step 1
In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Step 2
Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper to the pot. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are softened.
Step 3
Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Step 4
Pour in the beef broth and bring the mixture to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and let the chili simmer for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
