  • 50 g butter
  • 100 g cheddar cheese
  • 200 ml chicken broth
  • 300 g cooked turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 400 g mashed potatoes
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 500 g stuffing mix

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix and chicken broth. Let it sit for 5 minutes to absorb the liquid.

Add the shredded turkey, egg, melted butter, salt, and pepper to the stuffing mixture. Mix well.

Grease a muffin tin and divide the stuffing mixture evenly among the cups.

Top each stuffing cup with a layer of mashed potatoes.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the mashed potatoes.
