  • 340 g canned corned beef
  • 2 tbsp cilantro
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 225 ml tomato sauce
  • 250 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.

Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
