  • 30 g butter
  • 300 g chocolate chips
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 240 ml heavy cream

Directions

Step 1
Melt the chocolate chips, heavy cream, and butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.

Remove the bowl from the heat and let it cool slightly.
Step 3
Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
Step 4
Once the mixture is firm, use a spoon to scoop out small amounts and roll them into balls.
Step 5
Roll each ball in cocoa powder to coat.
Step 6
Refrigerate the chocolate balls until ready to serve.
