Ingredients

  • 1 g black pepper
  • 113 g butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 16 large shrimp
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 2 g paprika
  • 15 g parsley
  • 60 g Ritz crackers
  • 1 g salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers, melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
Step 3
Butterfly the shrimp by cutting along the back and spread them open. Place the shrimp on a baking sheet.
Step 4
Spoon the cracker mixture onto each shrimp, pressing lightly to adhere.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
