  • 10 cloves
  • 0.5 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 kg ham
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 1 cup pineapple juice

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).

Place the ham in a roasting pan and score the surface in a diamond pattern.
Step 3
Insert cloves into the intersections of the cuts.
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, and pineapple juice.

Brush the glaze over the ham, making sure to cover all surfaces.
Step 6
Bake the ham in the preheated oven for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 60°C (140°F). Baste the ham with the pan juices every 30 minutes.
Step 7
Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
