  • 125 g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 2 lemons
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 100 g sugar

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a bowl, mix the flour and butter until it forms a crumbly texture.

Add 50g of sugar and mix well.
Step 4
Press the dough into a tart pan and bake for 15 minutes until golden.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, remaining sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and heavy cream.

Pour the lemon mixture into the baked crust.

Bake for another 25 minutes or until the filling is set.
