Step 1
Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then drain and blend into a smooth paste.

Cut the paneer into cubes and lightly fry them in a pan until golden brown. Set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they start to splutter, add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add ginger paste, garlic paste, and green chilies. Sauté for a few minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.

Add turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.

Add the spinach paste and cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat.

Add the fried paneer cubes and garam masala. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
